Hi, in the last 48 hours, texts with credit/debit card payment security codes suddenly stopped arriving. These were from three different providers, one a bank. I have never experienced this problem before but still checked that they each had the correct mobile number. The payments were to different companies and I tried numerous times but this problem meant I couldn’t pay for anything, including a holiday booking I was about to lose! It has been very stressful. John Lewis kept sending emails saying they tried to send them but couldn’t deliver. I went to two phone shops (not O2) and they said they couldn’t see anything wrong with my phone settings. One said he thought there might have been an O2 outage. Does anyone please have any ideas on this? I am not at all technically minded and this has been a huge challenge! Many thanks to anyone who can shed any light on the problem.
