still can’t connect mobile dongle

had a dongle from o2 and past 2 months fails to connect any device to the internet
still can not talk to o2 as no one answers the phone or even returns messages

OK. Have you put the SIM in a phone just to see if it connects to the Internet.
If it does then it is a dongle / set up problem.
If not it will be a SIM / Account problem
Need to narrow it down to device or SIM
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
