o2 PAG to o2 monthly - number migration still not done after 1 month

Hi,

 

I’ve made an order on 12th July at o2 in Leeds Trinity to switch to pay monthly and both for my and my wife’s pay as you go numbers to be migrated but it’s still not happening, we’re stuck with the “temporary numbers”. went to the store 3 times, have called the customer service 2 times, but the situation still remains the same even though our pay as you go sims have lost coverage - says no signal when plugged in. all the people we know are trying to reach out to us from those numbers and we’re having a problem in communication. can this be sorted out for god’s sake????

Hi sorry to hear your distress @karpuzerki 

We are a customer based community so we can't access accounts etc.

The only thing we have are guides having said this they are very useful and informative.  This is the sim one

may as well read so you are fully informed some are not be relevant but show processes....Best wishes
