Signal has completly gone as of 9.30pm and there seems to be no way to contact o2. website claims no issues in my area but a mast is having issues in an adjacent area.....

Wifi calling is enabled on account but no option for it on phone i can see and i'm now getting sim1 not provisioned msgs

You need to turn on wifi calling in your MyO2 and then reboot your phone.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

It is on and i have restarted but there is no option for it under sim additional settings etc (where it should be according to google search)

I have not spoke to them as i can not use my sim it seems but they were previously activated on my last phone.

OK so it seems they for some reason sent out a replacement sim that came today (although i never asked for one as its a new phone and sim less than 2 weeks old). But once i switched to that it seemed to sort the issue i'm guessing they deactivated the one i was using with no communication to myself about the replacement.
