no internet connection

hi, im in france and added a o2 travel to my package. o2 is telling me its actavited and working, but its not. ive reset network, turned on/off roaming,my phone and all the normal thing and still nothinh. ive manually cellected each network provider and still nothing. is there something im missing? Orange and Bouygues telecom are giving me full recption bars on my phone can anyone help?

HI @JD6290 

You don't actually need O2 Travel for France as it's an EU country so roaming is 'free'. That means you can use your allowances as you would at home with no extra cost.

Some things to try

1. Manually search for another network
2. Reboot the phone
3. If you have an iPhone change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4. If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account
