In my area there seems to be no 4g coverage. I was just switched from virgin who use the same network right? I didn't have issues with them. If you are prioritising Virgin customers, this is unfair practice.
The issue with boards is i cannot supply my location to ask why this is. I have used the coverage checker and it says 'this postcode can experience high demand', but i have not been able to connect to 4g at all. I think you need to investigate this properly and stop this unfair practice. Unless I am mistaken, something seems completely not right to not have 4g connection in 3 days?

Try resetting your network settings first.
If you still have the Virgin sim, you may need to get an O2 one.
You'll need to ask O2 to send one out Guide: How to find help & contact O2
or go in store with photo ID.
