migrated from virgin to o2 cannot access my account
phone o2 and was told i needed to add additional numbers
how do i see my account?
one number is showing when i log in
my number and anogther number migrated later, do not show

You will need to setup separate Myo2 accounts temporarily as you cant merge accounts at the moment, this is until the Virgin Migrations are complete.
if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone they can help setup these extra myo2 accounts
