migrated from virgin to o2 cannot access my account phone o2 and was told i needed to add additional numbers how do i see my account?one number is showing when i log in my number and anogther number migrated later, do not show

Last year I went to Lanzarote and data would not work , only hotel wi-fi allowed me to use whatsapp?I could make and receive calls and send and receive text messages.I would like to avoid the same happening this year.

coverage poor

Despite the O2 website saying coverage at my postcode is good, I am having difficulty with it at home. It has never been great but workable but this last week or so, most of the time I have zero coverage in the house. Any help?
