messages keeps stopping

Hello, tried the online chat but not much use. I am not able to keep my messages on the screen long enough to send a text, they just drop off. I have tried to clear the the data & cache in the storage section but that doesnt work. I have also turned phne off and re started, again this does not seem to help. Can anyone help?

@essy As you might have difficulty getting to an O2 shop, contact Samsung, who will most likely be able to offer you better advice: Product Help & Support | Samsung UK

You haven't specified what phone you have, but I think you should contact support from your phone's manufacturer.

Hello Bambino, thank you for replying to my message. I replied but not sure if it come through. Anyway, here goes again, The O2 technical dept just told me to go into one of their shops. Its a bit difficult right now as had accident and broken my wrist so cant drive.  My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A21s, sorry should have said this in original message. Thanks again for taking the time to respond to me.

Out of interest, what was the fix @essy ?
