Hello, tried the online chat but not much use. I am not able to keep my messages on the screen long enough to send a text, they just drop off. I have tried to clear the the data & cache in the storage section but that doesnt work. I have also turned phne off and re started, again this does not seem to help. Can anyone help?

You haven't specified what phone you have, but I think you should contact support from your phone's manufacturer.

Hello Bambino, thank you for replying to my message. I replied but not sure if it come through. Anyway, here goes again, The O2 technical dept just told me to go into one of their shops. Its a bit difficult right now as had accident and broken my wrist so cant drive. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A21s, sorry should have said this in original message. Thanks again for taking the time to respond to me.

Thank you Bambino , i contacted Samsung directly as per your suggestion and they were brilliant and solved the issue I have had with messages. Grateful for your input.

They took me through various settings options which fixed it😀
