hi, blocked sim due to losing phone (now found) new sim wont connect, as as I don't have a landline (just switched to full fibre) cant call o2 to activate new sim, HELP! Thanks

Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options

Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
