My 18-month Volt Sim Only contract's renewal date is 18 January. I want to change to another service provider when the contract expires. When do I change my service provider without having to pay an early termination fee?

Not sure if it is your mobile, broadband or both you wish to cancel but you can do it now if you wish
Remember mobile and broadband will have to be cancelled separately

Thanks for your reply. It's just for my mobile. You mean if the contract expiration day is less than 30 days, I can do it now without ETC, right? Thanks again.

You pay up to your end date regardless of when you port your number.
There are no additional fees - just what you signed up to pay as a minimum.
