I am unable to log into my O2 account

I received an email yesterday saying I was at 50% of my spend cap, am unaware what this is, and, once again I am having problems logging into my account mobike number is (REMOVED)

O2/Virgin confusion

I'm having a nightmare. My handset and earbuds were purchased whilst I was with virgin. A month later i was switched to O2 so My mobile service is now provided by 02. My earbuds are faulty and neither company will help me. What do I do?
