Problem with SIM

Hi,I currebtly have a balance is £17.00 with 102339.7MB of data laft but I am unable to browse the internet, send messages via WhatsApp, Signal, texts. I can only make phone calls. Also my phone is 5G and can not even get 3G/4G or 5G anymore.Thanks

Resolved! No code sent for £1 galaxy buds 2 pro

It's been 6 weeks now and I still haven't recieved my code to claim my buds 2 pro after upgrading to Samsung galaxy s23. I have contacted o2 customer service an online chat and was promised both times I would receive my code I 48hrs which I haven't. ...

Transferring an eSIM to a new iPhone

I just got a new iphone, and i realised theres a transfer esim feature on the iphone, is it possible to affect the transfer without requesting a new esim from O2 and waiting a week for it to arrive? Or does O2 not support this?

Wrong phone number on account

I cannot receive or make calls since ‘upgrading’, my account shows my old number for Wi-Fi and my new number for mobile data. Im unable to change it myself and the virtual assistant couldn’t understand my query!! Help!

Signal

For the last 24hrs I have had no signal and I am unable to send or receive text messages or any calls and I can’t swap to WiFi calling as I need signal to receive the message to allow it to happen
