No signal

I have had no data signal since Friday 23/02 and intermittent phone and text signal. The phone mask near to me isn’t working as it should. Engineers will be on the case. 5 days + now. I am now paying for a service not being provided. Very frustrating...

Resolved! All incoming calls show as unknown caller

I have a Moto G63 5G phone that has stopped showing the caller ID for incoming calls. Problem started suddenly in January after a system update. I really need to be able to see the caller ID correctly - does anyone know of a fix for this?
