Help new phone and no internet

Just got my new 13 pro all set up and ready to go but no internet. Connected to wifi fine but nothing when off. Done the manual but still nothing

I have just received my new O2 mobile SIM and installed it in my Netgear Nighthawk M1 with Poynting Puck antennae. The O2 signal varies between 0 and 2 bars with occasional 4G and H or H+, but mostly nothing. At best I'm getting 2.8mbps download spee...

what is going on in the Southport/ Maghull/ Ormskirk/ St Helens areas at the moment, I've never experience such poor signal - having 4g but no data is very anoying
