Dear O2 Team, I have full 4G cover, mobile data and can call anyone I
like. However, some people are not able to contact me. I have had this 2
times before and it got resolved. The engineer said that my "files
dropped" and he fixed it within minutes....
Hey trying to connect new iwatch 7 cellular to airplan, signed up
yesterday contacted o2 who pushed me onto Apple which was no help. Paid
airplan got message ready to set up but when I go to set up mobile data
it just. Says “something wrong try again...
I am travelling in France and my iPhone is on roaming. I have a monthly
contract with 15G data. My phone finds a network but only shows 3G which
doesn’t allow me to use maps or connect to the internet. Please can you
help. Is there a block on my data...
Driving me insane, for the last 2 months or so I can’t use my phone
anywhere, I can text and that’s it. I can’t call as no one can hear me,
my data never works, not sure why I’m paying near £60 a month for a
network that doesn’t work
Very frustrated - I've always been able to open documents in word and
PDF. Then it just stopped. Unistalled all office apps and reinstalled.
Worked for a while then stopped again. What's changed and why can't I
