Since doing update on Samsung phone I no longer connect to 4g.Can anyone tell me why and how I can re connect please

Camera fail

My camera keeps saying camera fail, I have done everything it says, re start, clear cache reset settings it works but then stops again , front facing camera does not work at all any ideas?
