Last year I went to Lanzarote and data would not work , only hotel wi-fi
allowed me to use whatsapp?I could make and receive calls and send and
receive text messages.I would like to avoid the same happening this
year.
I have a 3G Alcatel 2038 which is becoming obsolete , want to change to
a 4G Alcatel 3080 model. I want to keep my 02 telephone number and
credit balance on my account. How can I do ths ?
I was using a Samsung S10 abroad but since i have come back home the
mobile data does not work, only wifi is working. I have just changed
over to the S20 ultra which was factory reset but still does not work so
must be something to do with my sim or ...
Despite the O2 website saying coverage at my postcode is good, I am
having difficulty with it at home. It has never been great but workable
but this last week or so, most of the time I have zero coverage in the
house. Any help?
