Resolved! Direct debit change

Been informed by bank that a new direct debit is being set up, o2 haven’t sent me any info as to this happening. Can you confirm this is the case?

Can't make phone calls whilst abroad

My phone will not make phones calls whilst in greece. I've tried everything suggested on many forums. It just calls then stops and cancels my signal, any ideas thanks
