I have been missing calls from a hospital number, the hospital claim that they are leaving voicemails but I don’t get them. They asked if I had 0800 numbers blocked. If they are I don’t know how to rectify that. Any help appreciated.

Hospitals tend to withhold numbers so you need to check your phone settings for an option to block unknown or withheld numbers.

Are you on Android? My Samsung has a setting under Phone / Setting / Caller ID and SPAM protection.
