i am trying to add O2 open discount but its coming up with error message. any ideas how to resolve this?

When did you start your contract or upgrade, is it in the last 28days
As I usually leave it 3 or 4 days after upgrading to apply the Open Discount..

I am having the same problem. I upgraded about 10 days ago and am still getting this message....driving me mad!

Can anyone help please?
I upgraded on 19th April and have NHS discount. I already have a My O2 account but can not get into O2 Open. I either get 'sorry there was a problem' even though I can log into My O2 account ok or it doesn't recognise my work email!
Very frustrating - any ideas??

Speak to Customer Services, via Social Media @o2 on X (Twitter) along with a screenshot of the error, will be your best bet, as the o2open site is flakey as hell..
