Resolved! Changing SIM and number

Hi,I'm an ex-VM customer with monthly sims for all the family, I have recently changed my Broadband and Tv service and have had anew SIM sent to me. Can I use the new sim with my old number and cease the old number account? Thanks,Ian

Recent charges not yet on bill

How do I check recent charges that haven't appeared on my bill? I made a call to a 0333 number and not sure what the charge is but the 'recent charges' section on billing is a few weeks behind.Thanks
