All my incoming calls have recently changed such that the caller id is unknown. Has O2 changed my settings somehow. I am on a Motorola 84 5g. I don't know how to access settings on the O2 account site.

Samsung A23 5g

I have the above phone and need to insert SD card. The manual clearly states the slot is located on left side of phone but there isn't anything there. Have triple checked with others who confirm this. I need to do this quite urgently. Many thanks.
