Unable to activate Imessage

there was an apple outage for imessenger last night and now i can not activate my number to imessage. everything was working fine before this. apple confirmed outage is fixed and my issue is now not related. cant be a coincidence ?

Not registered on network

Can someone please tell me why my phone suddenly cut off mid call and now it says no registered on network, all bills are up to date, I can't make or receive calls not even to o2 on 202, I don't have a landline anymore and I have a heart problem.

Taken money from my bank without getting anything

got a £15 rolling plan yesterday and got a message this morning saying “we noticed your rolling plan didn’t renew” then it carries on to say renew your card details to restart your rolling plan but it’s already taken money from my bank account
