Blacklist without knowledge

Over 2 weeks ago my iPhone 14 was black listed. Not lost, stolen or unpaid bills. I brought the phone outright at an o2 store in 2023. After numerous shop visits & numerous calls to o2, it’s still not been unlocked. HELP??

Good Afternoon, I have lost my phone and need to order a new sim card and phone. To log into my O2 account it is requesting to send a text message with a pin but do not have my phone to receive it. How can I access my account? Best Regards,Andy.
