S24 Ultra pre order still not processed

I pre ordered the s24 ultra on the 21st yet as of today (launch day) my order is apparently yet to be even processed?Is anyone else having this issue or has any idea what is going on?

cannot respond to a text from a mobile number

when a certain mobile sends a SMS message to me and I reply, my message just hangs with the "spinning wheel" and then just times out but only to this one mobile number?does that indicate O2 has data fill issues with this mobile number?
