Resolved! what time do numbers port?

Today was the day that o2 gave me for my number porting and was wondering when numbers typically port and what to do if nothing changes, can they do anything on socials because my experience with o2 on socials has been more positive than over phone.

Resolved! Charging issue on Samsung Galaxy S24

My phone when not plugged in sometimes shows that it is charging as well as sometimes when i do plug my phone into a charger it takes a few attempts to get it to connect and start charging. Any one else having these issues?
