Hi I have logged into my o2 and cannot see my bills or usage. The my o2 app also doesn’t work for me anymore

You and many hundreds of others have been similarly affected by a botched upgrade to O2's billing system, @Teresa21 - for the info you need, no option currently but to use one or more of the ways in here to contact O2.
