Good morning. I took a mobile phone from you on the O2 network and I was going to pay £44 a month. I got another bill with a 51.61 plan. I feel cheated.

If this is your first bill it will be higher as it includes days used before your refresh date.

If it is not then most likely the annual price rise as per the Terms and Conditions you signed.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
