Hi, I've been with O2 for a while now but I'm very unhappy with the response time when using my phone in various areas. I was using an Iphone 13 which was bad and recently upgraded to an Iphone15 which isn't any better. My phone is configured for 5G but often I'm sitting bedide my wife who is using a battered old Samsung and she is spinning through pages while my phone is just spinning and getting nowhere. 

 

I do like some benefits I get with O2 but feel I need to start shopping around. My contract is due for renewal in March and I will be looking at what other providers can offer if I am unable to fix this issue.

 

Can someone help?

You mean mobile data I assume, not wifi?

What network is your wife using. If different to O2, switch to that network.
