I did a number transfer from RWG in October.
The number left RWG and i put my simcard in my phone and thought it was all transfered.
When i checked the following day the number is disconnected and doesnt connect and the original o2 number is till on
Is there any way to retrieve my ported number ?

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
