I have been in contact with o2 to activate my WiFi-4G account and followed their instructions to the letter…turned off phone, taken out SIM and cleaned it! Put it all back and I am still not able to connect uk! What else do I need to do? After talking to o2 staff , they say they have done what they need to do!

@MH5 If O2 have enabled WiFi calling on your account, you also have to enable it in your MyO2 and it needs to be enabled in your phone's settings.

What handset you have? What error messages are you getting, is the option greyed out? I had endless problems with my 4G calling - turned out to be a problem with my data connection kicking me out.
