Wi-Fi call problems, not getting text messages that not from iphone

I live in the country side with poor mobile reception (though O2 has the best around here) so I rely on Wi-Fi call as I now have super fast broadband. However I never receive the text messages through my Wi-Fi  from users that don’t have an Apple iPhone and use other smart phones. My husband is with Three provider and able to receive text message not from iPhone on his iPhone through our Wi-Fi. Can you help resolve my issue? It’s important I get this resolved or I will have to consider switching provider which I want to avoid. Thanks! Eva

O2 don't currently support SMS over wifi on Apple devices.

It's just started to be rolled out on some Samsung devices though so it should be coming soon.

Now supported on iPhones @paulholly but if having problems, try with wifi off anyway.
