My website https://cottonliveson.org is being blocked by O2 but not by any other mobile provider.
I have tried livechat and calling 0344 8090202 but have not managed to speak to anyone who might be able to help. I did see that there was an O2 url checker, but I can't access that either.
Any help in how to get this solved would be appreciated.
Thank you

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? It's happening on our site too, same SSL error.
It's just happening on some O2 connections (not all of them) and some Tesco mobile (which is also O2).
No problems connecting to our site from any other ISPs.

What is your URL please ?
The original poster's URL is working for me at this moment on Broadband, on Three and on O2 PAYG. The latter is on a Samsung handset and using Samsung's own browser. What devices and browsers have you tested and what error messages, if any, are you getting ?

We've had 5 users report they get an SSL over 4G on O2 mobile. All on latest gen or previous gen iPhones AFAIK.
The connection is fine when they go through WiFi ie not use O2's DNS routing.

Works for me on O2 4G just now:
Age restriction filter on my account Guide: O2 Age restriction is open, ie not enforcing O2 restrictions.

Same here
Using Chrome
Maybe it's just an iphone problem or age restriction?

Thanks for the replies. The users that reported the problem have said it's working OK for them today too.
Good news it's fixed but slightly annoying to have never got to the bottom of why. It would've been interesting to test the age restriction as the site definitely isn't adult content and shouldn't be blocked by that. I would've thought O2 would show a blocked page instead of sending the wrong SSL certificate for this though so I doubt it was actually that.
Still... at least it works 🙂
Thanks again.
