Hi, I can't access my voicemail, I dial 901 and it ends the call as soon as it connects. Any ideas please?

Try dialling ##002#. This is the short code to cancel all diverts, including Voicemail 901. You then need to dial 1750 to switch voice mail back on.

No its still not working, it just ends the call rather than connecting. Any ideas please?
