Extending Ringtime Disabled Voicemail

HI,

I wanted to extend the time my mobile rings before going to voicemail. I found the code to do this on the forums here and extended it to 30 seconds. When my phone was called and the 30 seconds were up it didn't go to voicemail but gave out message "this number has not been recognised". I returned the ring time to 15 seconds and voicemail worked again. Is this usual?

Thanks

John

Once you set it 30 try re enabling  voicemail by dialing 1750 and see if that helps

Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You can also adjust these setting in your MyO2, under "Barring and Call Diverts", @Chaserfree

Access the Web version of your MyO2 here: https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

There most likely will be a password challenge via SMS, make sure you have O2 network signal when doing this.

Good luck!
