Set up a voice mail greeting and it's been deleted for some unknown reasonon spoken to customer services was unable to help and advised to contact 02 gurus

Sorry to hear that happened @Anthony05065674 must be a glitch, I have just checked my own and set up a new perosnal message and it still works, as annoying as it is you can set up a new one again, its still letting you do this right?
