Hi I’ve just had a call from someone asking me to reset a password online so I can receive a new 5g SIM card. Is this a scam call or is this something that O2 are doing

It's a scam @Carpetvin01 ; O2 rarely 'phone anyone, even when they promise to do so.

I hope that you did not reveal any personal data, passwords or PIN codes ? 👍
