Not receiving texts

Can someone please give me a number to call to resolve this, I have moved from EE to o2 and am not receiving texts. I would like to fix this but cant get through to anyone

Its a known issue. O2 are aware and hopefully working on it. Numbers to call are in this list

I got my first iphone yesterday, it's SE 2020 & it's set up & I can send texts & receive & make calls but I can't receive texts.  I've gone to settings, messages, send & receive which just has my email address & it just says waiting for activation.  At the moment I'm thinking was it a good thing to changed from my Nokia to iphone
