Ports can take upto 24 hours to complete, although most take a few hours it is not unheard of.

The best thing to do is call customer services on 0344 809 0202 and they can advise...

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

If you haven't rebooted your phone today I would do so as the SIM may have to re register

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Aob1963

Ports to eSims often fail.

Best way forward is to go in store with photo ID and get a physical sim activated and then migrate to a new eSim.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
