Me and my partner were with Virgin mobile but have been switched to o2. Since this has happened our signals and data have been weaker to the point of no signal when we used to get a good signal. This is both at home and out and about.

Can we switch back to Virgin?

Can anything be done to improve the signal?

Will we have to switch to a new supplier?

It's rather disappointing as we never had an issue with Virgin - I originally changed from EE as my partner always had a better signal then me.

All advise & help will be useful.

Kind Regards,

Paul

@Maurice74

It's not possible to switch back as Virgin mobile is gone.

You can try getting an O2 sim to replace the Virgin one.

Pop into your local O2 store with photo ID or call 202, 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
