I want to view my call history from November 2018, but I can only go back to January 2022 on My O2.
Is this possible to do?

There as been a recent issue with older bills but more are being added slowly.
Edit. 2 years is the maximum though so you may need to call O2 to see if they can go back further, although it's unlikely.
