Very poor signal strength

Having checked the network on your site it says signal strength is Good. However I have either 1 bar or sometime no bars on my phone and call clarity is dreadfull

Coverage maps are computer generated guides and should not be relied on for accuracy.

We always recommend checking with PAYG sim cards before committing to any long term contracts.

If you have already taken a contract, you can leave for free within the first 14 days only.

@Andy_Shann - some if these may help, assuming your local mast is up and the signal is not blocked by trees, construction works, etc:

Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors? This may help Explain / resolve it
