I have an Samsung S5 which I want to use with other networks and not just O2.
I asked for an unlocking code and O2 sent an 'unlatching' code. After 2 attempts, it still didn't unlock.
Can O2 offer another code? I think it only has 1 attempt left before it's locked to O2 forever (one wonders why!!)

Sounds like you have the wrong code.

Check you submitted the correct IMEI number.

I checked the correct IMEI by resubmitting, and the online service said I had requested the code already.
