@Rythorp This is not O2. This is a customer community. If you purchased your phone from O2, be aware that O2 have not sold locked phones since the summer of 2018. If, however, your phone is older than that, see this guide:
If you purchased your phone from another provider you will have to contact them to get the unlock code.
