I've been migrated over from virgin and now ALL incoming calls are unknown numbers. I've had a new sim, called customer services numerous times to be told everything was set up right on their end and taken my phone in store as requested by customer services who then told me there was nothing they can do and it needed to be escalated to tech support. This has gone on for weeks!!
