I received the text advising me to update the above but when I enter the number (the one the text was sent to) it says to enter the number that received the SMS???? I have 2 numbers on my account and mine is the main number and also even though it was the one that received the text, it won't let me progress.
I have also received 2 letters and followed all instructions and again it won't recognise my number.
Any ideas or do I just scrap o2 and find a different provider as I am starting to get really frustrated with them over it?

O2 have messed up a system update which is effecting thousands of customers.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
