Unable to Use O2 Mobile data

Hello,
I am currently travelling in Europe. My roaming is on in my mobile device (android device) and I have enough data as well in my package. But I am unable to use my mobile data after coming here. Could you please let me know how can use my Mobil data in my pnone? Hence, I would like to mention that I turned on my roaming after coming in Europe (Austria). Any relevant solution wil be highly appreciated. It is sort of urgent matter. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.

Some things to try:
Manually search for another network
Reboot the phone
Turn off 4g in network settings
If still not working then contact O2 to remove the Roaming bar on your account.
If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
