on 09.11.2024 I transferred the phone number to giffgaff operator.
Will I have to pay a subscription fee on 25.12.2024?

You will get a final bill which is payable a month after you leave.

If this results in an overpayment, O2 will refund you.

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
