Transfer to esim

I am trying to convert from my old iPhone with a physical sim to a new iPhone with esim. I can’t find the QR code to do this and now have no network coverage on either phone. How can I get the transfer to work now?

Were you given an eSIM pack or was the QR code sent by email?

Also if you are on the New Billing System you may be able to do it my O2 Manage My Account > Swap My SIM

If not  call into an O2 Store with Photo ID or contact O2 to send a new code
